01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the fugi9 online casino platform, accessible via the fugi9.win website and the fugi9 mobile app. This document should be read together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules stated on the platform.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This includes:

All financial transactions on the fugi9 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). fugi9 supports a variety of payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, direct bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrencies.

Regarding deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set for each payment method and may change from time to time.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account within the designated timeframe depending on the payment method selected.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any part of the fugi9 platform without prior written consent.
• Use of this platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use our services for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
• Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you submit to fugi9 may be used by fugi9 without any compensation to you.

09Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, fugi9 shall not be liable for:

10Account Closure & Suspension
